Return Policy

Mobile Phone Return Policy:

1. Returns will be accepted in case of any manufacturing defect only.

1. Cancellations will be entertained only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. No cancellations will be entertained after 24 Hours.

2. If the product is already shipped then customer shall be charged the shipping charges.

3. Cancellation requests will not be entertained for the products sold on special discounted rates/offers. The reason being that these are special scheme rates and products are sold below their MRP.

4. GlobalHello is not responsible for any sort of damages/defects if the customer has accepted the product at the time of product handover to him/ her by the logistics partner. Customer should do a thorough check when the package arrives. Damages realised at a later stage will not be entertained.

5. In case you feel that the product received is not as it is shown on the website or as per your expectations, Customer should bring it to the notice of GlobalHello by contacting support team within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Concerned Team will take the complaint and inform you about the resolution within 7 working days.
